At Levancci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for returns.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
